Event Bookings and Payments

A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your event date

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility will be outlined in your service contract

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in your individual event contract. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, decorators). While we strive to work with reputable vendors, we are not responsible for the performance, services, or actions of third-party providers.
Vendor Coordination
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaeley’s Signature Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Event Photos and Media
With client consent, we may take photographs or videos during events for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
